Both magnesium and glutathione can act as a vasodilator. Vasodilation can lead to lowered blood pressure + may not be safe for people who have hypotension, heart block, or who are taking medication(s) to control blood pressure.

MIC [Methionine, Inositol, Choline] should be avoided in those with bipolar disorder or individuals who are prone to manic episodes.

B12: 5 mg or more of B12 may cause pink-tinted urine; it can also trigger flushing, rash, or acne in sensitive individuals. B12 injections are not appropriate in the presence of certain medical conditions or while on certain medications. B12 may cause a quick drop in blood sugar in some diabetics that could cause syncope or worse. It's important to eat within 2 hours of receiving a shot to reduce any risk.

Shots are not appropriate for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding—nutrient solutions for injection contain benzyl alcohol as a preservative. Although natural, benzyl alcohol presents health risks to babies particularly in certain baby populations. Injections cross the placenta + flow into breast milk. Many of the solutions for injection are considered pregnancy category “C”.
